AFFILIATE PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Thanks for your interest in the My Baby Signs, LLC (Laura Payne Co) Affiliate Program (referred to as “My Baby Signs Affiliate Program”). These Terms are a binding agreement between You (referred to as “Affiliate” throughout these Terms) and My Baby Signs, LLC. If you have any questions, please contact us at hello@laurapayneco.com.
SIGN UP
To participate in the My Baby Signs Affiliate Program, you must complete an affiliate application and be approved.
URLS
Once you’ve been accepted to the My Baby Signs Affiliate Program, you’ll receive access to your unique affiliate dashboard through ThriveCart as well as a unique affiliate code for your audience. The dashboard contains pre-made links that contain your unique affiliate ID number.
DISCOUNT CODES
Your unique affiliate code (such as NAME10) will provide your referrals with a 10% discount. This code automatically links to your affiliate dashboard, and your affiliate links are not necessary. This code can be used to promote any of the digital courses and your commission will be based off the discounted sale price.
PROMOTIONS
During any My Baby Signs promotion, such as Mother’s Day, flash sales, or Black Friday, affiliate URLS are valid, but affiliate discount codes are not active. The My Baby Signs promotion or bundle will be the universal discount on the applicable courses, and your commission will be based off the sale or bundled price. For example, there is a sitewide sale of XX% off for Mother’s Day. You will be given a pre-made link that contains your unique affiliate ID number to earn commissions during the sale. After the sale, your affiliate discount code will be active again.
COMMISSIONS
The Affiliate will receive a 25% commission of the revenue from digital courses. Orders must be placed through the Affiliate’s unique coupon code or referral link. There are no commissions for clicks or leads. Commissions are only available on the main product; there are no commissions for bump offers during the checkout process, as they are heavily discounted.
For a sale to generate a commission for the Affiliate, the customer must complete the checkout process and remit full payment for the course purchased.
Affiliate links have a 365-day cookie attached to them. That means that if you refer someone on January 1, 2023 and they purchase on December 31, 2023, the sale will still be attributed to you.
The My Baby Signs Affiliate Program works on a last-click basis, which means that the last affiliate link that a customer clicks on before purchase will receive credit for the sale.
PAYMENT
My Baby Signs, LLC will pay the Affiliate via PayPal. The Affiliate is responsible for providing the correct PayPal email address and updating it via their affiliate dashboard if their email address changes.
Payment will be made on the 15th of each month. As an example, if someone purchases using your affiliate code or link in mid-April, you’ll be paid for that sale on the 15th of May.
Affiliate agrees to cooperate with fulfilling My Baby Signs’s requests for any necessary tax information necessary to maintain Affiliate’s relationship with My Baby Signs, LLC.
PROHIBITED USAGE
Affiliates may not make purchases from My Baby Signs with their own affiliate links.
Affiliates may not use the terms “My Baby Signs” or “Laura Payne Co” or the names of any of My Baby Sign LLC’s offers, courses, or products in any variation of their site URL (ex: mybabysignscourses.com, laurapayneco-couponcodes.com, etc).
Affiliates many not promote coupon codes that were not provided to them personally by My Baby Signs.
RELATIONSHIP OF PARTIES
Affiliate is an independent contractor of My Baby Signs, LLC. Affiliate is responsible for their own business operations and expenses. My Baby Signs is not responsible for paying any benefits, Workers Compensation, insurance, or unemployment fees to Affiliate.
TERMINATION
The term of this Agreement will begin when you apply to join the program and will end when terminated by either party. Either My Baby Signs or the Affiliate may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause. Upon the termination of this Agreement for any reason, you will immediately cease use of, and remove from Affiliate’s website, all links to Laura Payne Co and My Baby Signs, trademarks and logos, other marks, and all other materials provided in connection with this program.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
My Baby Signs will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages (or any loss of revenue, profits, expenditures or data) arising in connection with this Agreement or the Program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Further, our aggregate liability arising with respect to this Agreement and the Program will not exceed the total commissions paid or payable to the affiliate under to this Agreement.
DISCLAIMERS
We make no express or implied warranties or representations with respect to the Affiliate Program or an affiliate’s potential to earn income from the Affiliate Program. In addition, we make no representation that the operation of the websites or the Affiliate links will be uninterrupted or error-free, and My Baby Signs will not be liable for the consequences of any interruptions or errors.
MISCELLANEOUS
Our failure to enforce your strict performance of any provision of this Agreement will not constitute a waiver of our right to subsequently enforce such provision or any other provision of this Agreement.
If any of the provisions of this Agreement are determined by a court to be unenforceable, they shall be severed from this Agreement, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
By signing up for the My Baby Signs Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read this agreement and agree to its terms and conditions.
